Comments: Dr. O’Toole is an incredible doctor and complete artist. Not only was everything so efficient, from scheduling a consultation, getting appointments, completing testing, and surgery; she works wonders in the operating room. She knows what she is doing, and her confidence and knowledge makes you feel at ease and so talented care of. She is highly skilled, and does beautiful work. I also have to mention Julissa and how kind and hard working she is. She does all the behind the scenes work flawlessly. Working with Dr. O’Toole and Julissa has been the best experience, and I cannot say it enough!
