Comments: I was very fortunate to find Dr. O'Toole. I had to make some hard decisions during my cancer treatment and she walked me through my reconstructive options. Not only did she support my wishes and hopes, she worked with my cancer team and has been with me every step of the way. Her bedside manner and care is top notch h and you can really tell she is passionate about what she does! Office atmosphere is cozy and staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone facing cancer and breast reconstruction or any other plastic surgery reconstructive needs!
