Comments: Dr. O’Toole preformed my mastectomy and reconstruction after breast cancer treatment. She is a Gifted artist and very compassionate. She really cares for her patients and is available for any questions or concerns 24/7. I am more than happy with the reconstruction and appearance post op. Despite all the chemo and radiation side effects i have minimal scarring, perky breast and best of all never have to wear a bra again!
